Any body have any freaky dreams? I have taken an interest in dream interpretation and have recently had enlightenment about a dream that has haunted me for years.
Do you dream often? Do you remember them? Have you ever had a dream where you couuld fly?

Yes, I almost always remember my dreams, and I dream pretty much every time that I sleep. (I think almost everybody dreams; they just may not remember it to realize that they do.) I flew in my dreams for many years when I was much younger. I loved it. Unfortunately, I haven't flown in my dreams for quite a few years. I seemed to fly more when I was happier in life. Many of my dreams have the same themes, and I believe I can tell what most of those repeated themes mean.

I remember most dreams, and mine have been quite wierd for the past few months.
As to the flying question, yes I do sometimes but the dreams always have something in common. 1st I only fly during lucid dreams and then I must always take the same posture (sitting crosslegged on the ground) and then I can make myself hover...Yes I know strange..but it is my head after all.

I dream almost every night, and I remember most of them. Had some real humdingers, I get physical sensations in them...don't know if that's common or not. But it's a problem when dreams become nightmares. I honestly don't know if I'd trade the vivid erotic ones boring run of the mill ones....if it meant I knew I'd never go through another one with my mind's best guess at what it's like to be shot.
Flying...have done, it's amazing. Not recently, but I think BlueSwede may be right..at least as far as I'm concerned. Flying happened when I was at my least "worried." Did it once in my one and only lucid dream, and oh BOY was that fun.

I always dream about falling down the stairs  I guess I'm clumsy in my dreams. But lately I've been having some sexy ones, so those are much more memorable. ;)
I hardly ever remember even that I have had a dream ... I had a great one the other night though ... one of those soft edges, romantic, sensual kind of ones ... geez I wish I could remember even a little of it now ... only remember I had it. Oh well!

I almost never remember my dreams that occur during the night. I sleep very lightly. I'm not sure if that is the reason or not. I do dream when I'm able to nap. Those dreams range from sexy to resolving a building or computer problem. When I was in University I managed to solve many program problems in my sleep. Now that is weird. I have sexy / sensual dreams but not dreams about sex. Even weirder. I have only ever had one reoccurring dream. I get it when I'm sick, and sleeping in my parents bed. It is a fuzzy ball that rolls from one side of the room to the other. I thought it was just something from my childhood, but 2 years ago I was sick and visiting my parents and I slept in there bed. Dam if I didn't get the dream again.
LMAO @ campingboy
I have had the same dream when I am sick for over 40 yrs.
I have a dwarf that wears a bowler hat and a shiny vest. He follows me trying to give me something and it terrifies me. In the background following him there is a long chorus line of women in feathers and bright colors all moving in unison like ice skaters I always wake up just as he is about to grab my arm.
LOL and I still have this dream even though I understand where it came from. I had always thought once I had it figured out I would stop dreaming it, but it hasn't happened so far.
Thank God we can't be held responsible for what goes on in our heads while we sleep. :)

All my dreams are freaky.
But recently had one where I had an emotional outburst because two well known Pixonians who were having sex would not let me join in a threesome with them, while Fussy was not around and I was lonely. The two Pixonians had to abandon their sex in the end and sit and talk me through my tantrum, while I tried to explain to them through tears why it had felt so horrible to be rejected.
I'm one sick puppy!

*Thinking I should PM this to you Lilith, but..............
Recurring dream: I'm in my mother's house and I descend the cellar stairs (which have a concrete wall to the right, in actuality) and when I get to the bottom I turn right and begin ascending a staircase even though I am fright stricken. I enter a round room with a blackened abyss in the center and only 2ft. of space to walk around a catwalk type walkway. I don't know why I do it, but I slide my body onto the catwalk and hold the walls with my hands behind me and walk almost all the way around......knowing full well when I get to the end I will fall into who knows where! I always wake before I get to the end! Have dreamt this dream since I was a child......less frequent now but still scary when I dream it!
Nightmare: Mom (deceased) is helping me move.....carrying some of my things to a truck I have outside. Her last trip out she stands in front of me and says, "Look at me"! I look and she reaches to my mouth and opens it and grabs my tongue and pulls a hidden hand from behind her with a barber's razor in it and slashes my tongue! Blood is flying everywhere! This is the reddest dream I have EVER had! Yes, I dream in color! This isn't recurring........and I had one other nightmare about her telling me my sister's were dead........but have never had a pleasant dream of Mom since her death in 1982......just those two nightmares!
Flying: In one dream, I actually piloted a jet! I have never flown a plane in my life so I am assuming that from watching television, I knew what to do in my dream. I dreamt this before I had ever been in an airplane (pre-1985) and yet I could look out the cockpit window and see farms below....etc. Pretty cool actually! Another flying dream: I am in my childhood backyard and all my friends are at my house too (my mom was like the Kool-Aid Mom) and I suddenly realize I can fly. I tell my friends to watch. I take a few running steps and extend my arms to the side and I begin to soar up as if I am catching the warm wind below. I circle the field that the other kids are in and they wave at me. Then I woke up!
Sex dream: Very recent........with myself and my boss (who is about 10yrs. younger than me and awesome to look at). We keep finding ourselves drawn to one another after walking towards each other down long white hallways. He holds me like he'll never let me go and we dart into the closest room to have some of the most awsome sex! His mother (who works with us as does their entire family) finds us once and calls us to her office and reprimands us because we are both married to others. We leave the office and go to another room for more sex! Mmmmmmmmmmm! I can barely look at my boss anymore because each time I do I can feel the blush rising from my toes!
OK......there ya go Lil! Where's the couch? I have tons more.........as you can tell I remember my dreams vividly!
Oh....and one more thing. I forget what it's called (it does have a name) but I have dreams where they seem so real and I know I am dreaming but I am paralyzed to open my eyes till the dreams are done. When I finally can open my eyes, I fully expect whoever was in my dream to be in the room or just leaving........but, of course they are not, as it WAS a dream! These usually only happen if I'm able to catch an afternoon nap (very rare), and yet, not evertime I nap!
OK.......any questions Lilith? LOL!

My dreams are surreal.Thats the best word I can think of for them.Somethime I think wires get crossed somewhere and I'm dreaming someone elses intended dream and somebod is dreaming mine.I don't recognise anybody in my dreams and unfortunately, they are almost never erotic.DAAYAMN! I fond out though that if I wake up a couple of hours before I need to and after getting up for a few minutes, then go back to sleep,I am better able to remember my dreams.

Almost every night for the past two years I’ve had a wet dream about a Pixiette.:lust: I often have the same wet dream again on the same night, but other times I fall asleep first.:o

I recall a dream VERY seldom. It will be many months or perhaps years between. Never actually charted it. I am aware when I disturbed from REM sleep that I had dreamed, but don’t have any idea of what. Whatever it was that woke me has my attention and the dream is gone completely.
The very few that I remember are very vivid, very long and involved, and an extreme mix of personal reality and the bizarre. And I retain them almost permanently. They will have real people and places intertwined with surreal actions and events. They will have almost complete chapter-form scenarios of total unrelated actions and places that would be a dream in itself.
Example from a year or so ago.-
I am driving a bus up a downtown street I know well during a rush hour traffic jam. The bus is a 9 or 10 story, Dr. Suze type contraption with the driver in the top. I’m fighting to keep the swaying of start and stop jerks from toppling the thing as I have all these people I know talking to me. I’m making polite small talk to very familiar as well as actual faces I know but not even their name. I’m having problems catching people in the doors as well as trying to figure how long to give the people going down the “slides” before I start moving again. I’m “pleasantly” explaining that it takes the ones from the top levels longer to get clear is why I haven’t started moving again. I can’t get the passengers to not start down the slides after each bumper-to-bumper lurch because they won’t be deposited at their stop until after the swaying ceases. This white-knuckle trip goes on for the mile or so up the detailed real avenue.
I’m not going to even start with where I find myself and what happens next.
*cups groin and shakes it* Here, interrupt this!

Freakiest: When I dreamed there was a duck-billed platypus wearing a saddle out on the balcony of my apartment. It was big--about the size of one of those old, huge sea tortoises. (You have to remember that I'm on the wrong continent for ANY duck-billed platypus, much less a giant one. :D

Funny that you should ask Lilith...
<ploppong myself down on the couch>
About a week ago I had a dream that completely blew me away... and I still can't exactly shake it.
First let me say, that for the most part I remember my dreams for the short term, but they do fade rather quickly. Not this one tho. Next, let me add that altho I have had a few "sexual" dreams but nothing that ever really sticks to my mind. This one was different too.
In the dream I found myself having sex with my best friend and her hubby (Praying to God that she won't decide to follow me to Pixies right now). The dream was so absolutely realistic that I can't even put it into words. I have never had a FMF experience, nor have I ever been with a woman (and to be honest don't have much of a desire to do so). For the most part the dream centered around her and I (Thankfully I dont' recall any intimate contact with her hubby)... and I remember it clearly.
NO... to answer the question before it is asked.. I haven't mentioned it to her.. don't think that I will...
Okay.. jumping off the couch now.. I feel better... LOL
Now.. feel free to analyze me... just whatever you do.. PLEASE don't tell me that my long period of celebacy has turned me into a lesbian (nothing against lesbians), I don't want to be.. LOL..

For some reason i cant ever seem to remember my dreams. The only exception to this is if i dream while in a light sleep early in the morning or while napping. On a very rare occasion i will remember a dream i had at night but they fade pretty fast.

So what does it mean if you dream you are running naked into a train tunnel while being chased by a thousand crossdressing midgets, who are throwing little pickles at you?
er...um...not that I have that dream or anything....

when i was 16 i used to dream I had a baby. She had dark hair, and bright blue eyes, I called her Ebony.
I had to go somewhere, so I left my sister to take care of her.
I came back, but i couldnt find my baby or my sister. I rthen recieved a phone call saying she had taken ebony and i would never see her again.
I woke up from that and ran round the house screaming at my mam & sister that i wanted my ebony back. It was so real, they thought i'd lost the plot.

Sadly I remember most of my dreams and they are not always pleasant.
But I do have regular dreams that are I think triggered by the seasons. In spring I have "storm" dreams where there are tornadoes or I get struck by lightning.
Summer time I think of being back to work for an old employer. It was a very happy time for me then.
Winter dreams mostly are about places I've been.
The rest of the time usually are of nightmares. It is odd thought, I normally am not frighten of them. They are just bad dreams of evens long ago with a different twist.
