Do you think all the communications with California are down ... so far three responses and no one's been from California. :confused:

I can tell you from experience... that once ANY size quake occurs in california the phone lines (if not down) are immediately all circuts are busy... soooo many people reside there... and are trying to call out.. and so many are trying to call in.. I would also imagine that in the region of the epicenter, there is not net.. servers will be down...

We are plenty far south of Paso Robles, No worries here in San Diego. Thanks for thinking of us. Fire season is almost over. Slide season is upon us and the quakes come when they are good and ready!

Didn't even feel it where I am .... my mom called (she lives in another state) me at work to make sure I was ok and it was the first I heard of the quake. But it's sure nice to know that people are concerned!!!! thanks! :)

Hope I didn't cause it by finally kicking into gear to do some Christmas shopping today. I'm temporarily down in Southern California and didn't feel anything. Thanks for the concern and hope all others are well and safe.

I didn't feel this one either.It was centered in Paso Robles I think.Up near the Carmel area,near San Simeon where Hearst's Castle is located.Thank you for your concern.
