Summer plans

What's everyone got planned for in the next couple months of summer? Anything new or exciting?

We have some car shows to attend, going to Daytona in July and going to Texas in August.....lots of other places I wanna go to also.

Just curious what everyone around likes to do during the heat of summer.

I'm doing Vegas and a bunch of little beach weekends.

Two of our sons are coming to visit next month :):):)

This will be the first time any of our kids have visited since we moved. I'm really looking forward to showing them around and just spending some relaxing time with them.

hope you have fun imagine, it is winter here so I intend to get a bit of skiing in and spend some time with my kids. football is a dead loss my team is last and playing very poorly.

My summer won't start until Labor Day this year. Even then it's going to be reaaaaalllyyyy busy. I'm going to LOVE every minute of it though!!

I've got a daughter getting married in July; and another daughter expecting a grandchild come fall (October).

The usual shore trips and stuff like that all summer...but in Oct. I'm going to the Fl. Keys!

gonna spend 6 weeks of it in louisana w family , when we get back i am gonna try to convice hubby that we need to see the beaches here , so hope a few weekenders w that.

Going camping on the south coast for a couple of weeks as well as weekends camping around the country.

As for I like to do in the warm weather - a good book a comfy seat and a nice cold drink and I'm happy.

Moving! More fixing up once we get settled. Family and friends for the 4th at the old place, it is a family cottage on a lake, so swimming, boating, grilling, a few beers, you know the usual summer fare. With the new house and all we don't have any travel plans at this point, but maybe if we are lucky we may sneak a weekend away. Today is actually the first day we have had in I don't know how long where it actually feels like summer is coming. Sunny and hot today. Sticky lovemaking weather!:D
