Orgasms may be more intense...depends on the girl and level of tightening/exercise.

There should be websites on this stuff if you search....also helps for women who have slight incontenance issues.

If you can't find it anywhere else, you might do a search for "kegel exercises". It's a form of pelvic floor exercise frequently recommended for pregnant women. Should be easy to find.

all it is is to tighten and hold those muscles that she'd use to stop peeing mid-stream. do this over and over for about 15 min and you've got an exercise. for me...it didn't make orgasms any more intense but i can "grip" him a mite better :D
