I knew it was bound to happen sooner or later. Apparently some woman lost 37lbs eating a McDonalds. I hope everyone's got their boots on cause it's gettin deep in here. lmfao

I've been on it for 36 years and have lost plenty of weight on it......course I gained 3 times as much :p

Yep i'd believe it....if you choose from their healthy menu it is highly possible

yes, you can limit yourself to 'x' amount of calories, no matter what it is you choose to eat. and i admit i did not read the article but i have to assume that the calories are not comming from the best sources. even the salads at mickey d's are high in trans fats and triglicerides.

it kinda reminds me of when i was waiting tables. i'd wait on someone who'd tell me they are on a diet so they'll just have the diet coke and the salad bar. when they come back from the salad bar the decent stuff like romaine, cukes and carrots are completely covered by shredded cheese, bacon bits, chick peas and creamy ranch.

eating healthy and smart is just about as far from mickey d's as you can get.

The reason I said the thing about the boots is because the headline for this article was "would you like fries with your diet" and just the thought of a fry based diet just sent my bs meter into overload. But now that I think about it, yeah they have gotten pretty healthy lately.
