we had breakfast; pancakes, bacon and eggs w/velvetta cheese melted in it.

Not to worry. The bacon-bits in my system keep the cholesterol from building up. ;)

Pasta, red sauce with mushrooms and spinach and shrimp, red wine (Matanzas Creek Cab) and some fresh baked rolls and butter
