Sharni 07-09-2004 02:43 AM

Leggie sliding down the Oliphants trunk and the interaction between him and Gimli (Oh and Leggie in silver rates pretty damn highly too)

Yours?

thereIam 07-09-2004 02:50 AM

The prehistory bit. Elvish is such a pretty language to listen to.

Have you gone back and reread the books since the movies have been out?

Sharni 07-09-2004 02:53 AM

Your choice

thereIam 07-09-2004 03:15 AM

The books. Peter Jackson did a helluva job, but so much either had to be left out, or was changed to fit.

Can you imagine a straight up rendition of LOTR as a movie?

Sharni 07-09-2004 03:16 AM

Shit yeahhhhhhh...as long as Orli was in it *LOL*

Can you?

thereIam 07-09-2004 03:18 AM

Yeah, but it would be four times as long. At least.

Was there any part that you did not like?

Sharni 07-09-2004 03:20 AM

I could totally cope with the length!!...and i loved it all

You?
