I learned on automatic cars, and I've always had automatic cars to drive til now... But now I've got the cutest (standard!) car and I can't get it into first gear 2/3 of the time!!!

Is it a 3, 4 or 5 speed and is the stick on the floor or tree hun?

It's a 5 speed. What do you mean, tree? The shift is in the console between the seats.
