I had a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub from Subway.

I made pork chops with bbq sauce/Italian Dressing/Honey mustard marinade.....not too bad

I had dinner in a lovely restaurant. I had a ball-type thing of tomato, dried tomato, and goat cheese that was battered and fried on a bed of lettuce and peppers as an appetizer, a cheddar, pickle and jalapeno burger and chips as a main course, and a slice of delightful lemon pie for dessert.

Tonight I cooked lasagna with a meat sauce :)




















...... for 3-1/2 minutes, stired and cooked it some more for another minute.

It's just COOK, COOK, COOK, all the time. :(

Heck, I don't even know what I'll have for breakfast. I'm sitting here snacking on pistachio nuts. :(
