CONSTANTLY! GUILTY, GUILTY, GUILTY! I work in customer service and last night we were shortstaffed. Murphy's Law: the busier the night, the stupider the problems. All that saved me was muttering "dumbass" after particularly stupid calls. But then I started thinking about WI and that would make me laugh.
