Finished off last night's cauliflower cheese, with potatoes and lettuce - both from my allotment. Washed down with a couple of glasses of French white, under the name La Belle Saison, which has a quote from Baudelaire on the label, but it's in French, and I can't be arsed to translate it... it was nice, though...

I'm having a grilled cheese sandwich quick quick between visiting friends!

Just had beans on toast with a friend egg, washed down with shandy - a late lucnh, rather than dinner.

Pasta w/ marinated artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh spinach in a light cream sauce with grilled chicken breasts and a tossed green salad.

Scrambled eggs on a couple of English muffins. Quick supper getting home from work...

I am making curry lime chicken and garlic mashed potatoes with red pepper and tomato on the side.

Meatloaf hamburgers, sugar snap peas and pork and beans

Roast beef au juice on bread with mashed potatoes on the side. Yummy!

I'm going to make a thin crust pan pizza with ranch dressing for sauce, with chicken, bacon, onions, tomatoes, peppers, and mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. My dough is rising as I type. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
