meatloaf w/awesome sauce and mac-n-cheese

Leftover chili. And wine and cheese now.

Just returned from wife's aunt's retirement party, and am stuffed with corn on the cob, deviled eggs, burgers, and cake! :)

Baked ziti here.

Planning to head over for some bread, oil, and seafood pasta at a local joint. I was going to fix dinner, but it's so darn hot...I'm choosing a restaurant with outdoor seating because right now it's cooler outside than in my house. Sigh.

I'm going to make burgers from the last of the ground venison Wilderness's friend had given us. With bacon and cheese. Yummmmmmmmmmmm...

I had two cheeseburgers, a slice of pork tenderloin, my chili, and a few glasses of cola. We did our 4th of July blow out today since most of us have to work Monday morning.

I'm making curry lime chicken with rice and salad.

Goin out to eat...italian...anlything to be the a/c......

When I do cook in the heat...i keep it simple....anything with a salad.

chicken salad, tuna salad, oh and I make a mean pasta salad....you can put pretty much anything in a pasta salad............

For the 4th I'm having an all American burger, red meat with blue cheese on an white bun.

Jason's Deli salad bar because I had a mad craving for their red pepper humus.

Dearsweet has prepared ham and mushroom lasagna. It is, in its own way, as delicious as she is!
