Since I didnt file charges, there was no report made. I have no way of finding out who he is. I only know the officer by description. I was too shook up to notice his name or to ask the other assholes name.

and if THAT doesn't do it you can set them on fire and taunt them with the extinguisher, withholding its lifesaving chemicals while laughing maniacally.

A letter (not a phone call) to the station commander praising the unknown officer and asking if the officer's personal notes taken at the time contain the information you require to take the matter further is probably the only way left.
