I went 6 weeks after my first child was born (Drs. orders) but other than that 2 weeks I think was the longest........ lately 2 days seems like 2 weeks

Nearly three years. Vaginal penetration is too painful for my wife and she is absolutely set against anal. Doctors can't help her, even with drugs, hormones and KY. I've had other relationships during our marriage that have fulfilled my needs to please and be pleased. However, I met somebody really special in Australia and I can't be unfaithful to her even though we've been separated all this time and probably won't ever get together sexually again. The answer to the other questions you may well be asking are that I have a son who needs his parents to be together right now and I couldn't have sex with my wife in any case because the only bond we now share is our son.

I doubt that I am much diferent from most men that have post menopausal wives who have lost ALL libido. My research indicates that this is very common and probably the norm.

I have no desire whatsoever to look elsewhere for what is still necessary, indeed vital, for my continued sanity. Fortunately, my wife is totally understanding of this and has no objection to my activities beside her in bed or in the shower.

Ugh...sad to say, but I once went 3 years. Mostly because of travel and situations. Of course...that doesn't mean I didn't take care of my own! Nobody loves me like I do! :)
