I am supposed rto be on the amazing race... lol I watch a couple of the reality shows although I have never seen this one

You should be on Dissmissed, I've heard of the other shows but not this one?

The Mole
The series features 14 contestants trying to figure out who in their group is a double agent hired by the network to sabotage the players' success at a series of challenging physical and mental games. At the end of each one-hour episode, the group is given a quiz on The Mole's identity. The player who knows the least information about The Mole is immediately sent home. In the final dramatic episode, The Mole is revealed and the one remaining player wins the jackpot.

Road Rules
Throw six strangers together (three guys and three gals to increase the possibility of hanky panky). During each half-hour episode, they have to complete Gen-X friendly missions. The current seventh season of Road Rules, which takes place in Latin America, featured such missions as bullfighting, tarantula hunting and hot Latin dancing.

Dismissed
Dismissed is the dating show with a twist: Instead of just one date, our guest has two...at the same time! And s/he must spend the entire, romantic evening with both of them before declaring one unlucky competitor...dismissed!
