I was made aware of this tragedy about 8 hours after it happened. I know someone that lived within a couple blocks, knows all the pathetic players involved and the little girl. We have been in contact every day (and night) by email and phone since. I've followed maybe 100 reports and had street level feedback. It is a national tragedy in Canada but doesn't require a passport to strike a well heard note.
