way to forgive and forget how hurtful some people can be.

To forgive, think of how much more they must hurt inside by hurting beautiful people like you. Or think about how they may not know that they are hurting you. Or just think about how we all have and may again hurt people.

To forget, that may be more a function of time than anything else. Strokes and drugs work, but neither is recommended.
