Which is better: Winning a huge jackpot lottery and taking it in one large lump sum of a lesser payout, or have it as a bigger payout but doled out in small, yearly payments over several years?

Hmmm, tough one IK. I should go with the practical way and take the yearly payments but given the way things are in my life with the health and such I think I could do more for people if I took the lump sum. Plus there are a few things I'd like to be able to do and the greedy part of me says that if there was a way to do that by taking the lump sum ......... well, may as well give it a go.
