It's Friday so fee & chee is in order! (don't ask me why some Newfoundlanders say fish & chips like that)

Well I can't have any fresh water melon for dessert. :(

(I gave it up for lent ;) )

I had a roast beef dinner............while out.

I had crappy fish & chips :(( but I do have some lasagna to warm up tonight or tomorrow at least.

Lemongrass chicken rolls, mushroom risotto with artichokes, and salad

left over bubbly pizza - a new recipe I tried yesterday that is so-so, I'd make it differently next time.

It's leftovers at the maddy house tonight... I wouldn't recommend it... combined with some veggies and an apple and low cal ice cream for dessert.
