(knocks on wood for luck) I've had Solon for almost nine years now. He's a wonderful old Lab and I see him aging now. We also looked after an old Springer Spaniel every summer when his family went to Ireland. Him and I were very attached and he was put to sleep when I was 14. I guess they had him since I could remember - I was three or four. When they made the appointment in the fall, his owners had to come get him from me. Him and I went everywhere together.
