OK, i have a very brief update...

"Im alive, in hospital, and sore!"

I'll keep you all posted if i hear more.

I guess if she managed an email, then things must be fairly positive.

Well I like the first part. Just take your time and recoup slowly. I'd send hugs but don't want to hurt you.

Another update...

still sore and very tired, but home tomorrrow. Not sure if she will be online though, personally i hope she just takes it easy.

Her op was an emergancy hysterectomy by the way.

Wow, thank you everyone for such kind wishes. Means a lot to me! I saw my doctor the end of September in some pain and after I left him it only got worse. Monday I had terrible pain and the dr. office told me to get to the emergency room. I did, had an ultrasound and tests ran only to find out I had cysts and some that must have ruptured during the day and they admitted me and kept me for a surgery to be done on Tuesday. This was a shock to me....plus, I knew I would have to be away from my baby girl.
I had the surgery Tuesday night and was sent back to my room after recovery without any pain meds. My husband heard me screaming down the hall as he came to see me. He told them all where to go and I finally got some meds.

Anyway, I had a complete hysterectomy and got home today (Friday). It felt so good to be home and to see my little blonde haired, blue eyed baby girl who took 32 steps for me when I got home :)

My pain isn't TOO bad, but I am sore and very tired.

I am 33 and am done having children. My daughter is our miracle so we weren't planning on more. But atleast now, my Endometriosis is cured and I shouldn't have any more pain.
