Now that’s a commanding third reason for you two guys to be at PAGAN. Could I come along back to the future? The Falls is the place with enough electricity that maybe we could all find a corn patch. :loveshowe

sodaklostsoul 07-04-2006 10:35 PM

I'll be making our reservation in a couple of days!!!!!! :D

It’s not a holiday for the poor Canadian worker today. :(

But that DID give our contact person a chance to call me. :)

We reviewed the diverse Pixie needs and qualified a couple options. Ms. Simon was good enough to send us a copy of the priced menu from the Frontier Grillhouse.

The Pixie dinner :bite: will be early (17:30 hr.) for the reason we want to be finished and OUT and in the Skylon Tower at 20:00 hr. Sunset that date, at that longitude is at 20:27 hr. The last group event of the day will be a visit to Skylon for the best photo opportunity of the Falls and a big chunk of Canada. We’ll see the lighting of the Falls and then be able to drift as group, or in clusters or as individuals to what night life interests there may be.

I was told that the BEST option for making room reservations was to call her direct at her toll free number, as they are a central booking office for most of the hotels in the area and some of the MANY online links don’t always get linked to the right desk. ;)

PF

Toowoomba is almost as far from my place as Niagara.

It's easy travelling for Alasse and the East Coasters, but it's over 2000 miles from here.

PantyFanatic 07-04-2006 11:41 PM

"East Coasters" ?!?! :yikes:

that sounds as bad as West Coasters here. :doorpeek:

:roflmao:

Oldfart 07-05-2006 02:31 AM

Yup.

Coaster 07-06-2006 02:41 PM

Or we could be Bi-Coasters!!!! :D

PantyFanatic 07-06-2006 04:03 PM

We are already going to the south coast of one country and the north coast of another. Does that make this a bi-coastual gathering?

dicksbro 07-06-2006 05:40 PM

If you're flying in, would you be on the mid-coastal plane?

Scarecrow 07-06-2006 06:18 PM

If you're coming over the mountains will that make you a roller - coaster?

dicksbro 07-06-2006 06:51 PM

If it starts feeling warm, maybe your a toaster, Coaster.

Oldfart 07-06-2006 06:54 PM

It's something we are all happy about, so it's the Coaster bravo.

dicksbro 07-06-2006 06:56 PM

Hey, BTW ... Coaster ... I hope you're going to be there with us.
We already told the place we're going to eat at that you're buying. :)

sodaklostsoul 07-07-2006 12:12 PM

Got our room for 4 reserved. Laurie is gone until Monday but Heather will be glad to help you. :D

That would be very bad if Coaster did'nt show up to pay the bill.

dicksbro 07-08-2006 06:16 AM

Aww, he wouldn't do that to us, would he?

Besides, I'll bet Winston and Scarecrow would step up to the challenge. ;)

If you do that to me, you're going to be washing a lot of dishes, old man.

Scarecrow 07-08-2006 09:55 AM

Hey DB see Steph's ^^^^ answer

Winston77 07-08-2006 03:27 PM

dicksbro 07-08-2006 04:19 PM

Okay, if you don't want to buy ... you don't have to. Still hope/wish that all of you could join us. I do think it'll be fun. :)

Maybe they'd like to join us? :)

Oldfart 07-09-2006 04:38 PM

I've just sent to PF a current pic of Mrs Oldfart and myself.

I believe he's collating a rogue's gallery, oops sorry, a recognition sheet of a couple of

Pixies to help avoid dis-orientated Pixies from wandering Niagara like the ghosts of

Xmas present.

Is there something contrary about going to the falls during spring break?

I think it's okay if we call it the Winner's Solace. :rolleyes2

:roflmao:

Oldfart 07-09-2006 05:49 PM

Yes but summer's better than others.

I can't see what it would be.

Thousands of drunken revelers exercising the new-found bounders of limitless horse play around six hundred thousand (600,0000) gallons of water per second, rushing over a rock cliff, 17 stories high. Why wouldn’t that be welcome?

:roflmao:

Scarecrow 07-09-2006 06:22 PM

Plop, plop, fizz, fizz

:wobbly:

Oldfart 07-09-2006 07:43 PM

Oh, just checking.

dicksbro 07-10-2006 04:01 AM

Oldfart 07-10-2006 05:05 AM

Scarecrow 07-10-2006 11:16 AM

So are you going to follow or find the river? ;)

Scarecrow 07-10-2006 04:24 PM

It all depends on if I get a part time job where I can get the time off. :wish:
