But the good news is that my neighbors are very forgetful.

The bad news is that the cops aren't forgetful.

The good news is they maybe haven't been called.

The bad news that they might want to join in.

The good news is they could keep the undesirables away.

The bad news is that we may all end up handcuffed.

The good news is ... that could be fun. You know what they say about, " ... sticks and stones may break my bones, but cuffs and chains excite me." :D :D :D

Bad news is that while cuffed the sticks and stones are more dangerous.

Good news is that some of us like living dangerously.

Bad news would be if they hit some especially important targets :D

Good news is I've waited long for those hits and it feels like home to me.

Bad news is it's getting late and I haven't figured a new, good ... well ... bad news. :(
