Good answer, Winston. I agree with you. Seeing our children born was truly a fantastic experience. I miss now that when our first was born, fathers weren't allowed in the delivery room.

What car that you have owned was your very favorite?

I guess the one I have now because it's the first one that I've owned outright instead of sharing it with a partner. Also it's red which is one of my favourite colours.

What was your scariest experience?

When our second son was born with significant respiratory problems, I spent maybe an hour in the hospital chapel on bended knee, with tears in my eyes pleading with our Lord to either help our son survive or to give my wife and I the ability to deal with whatever may happen. When I went back upstairs, the nun came out and saw me and she announced that after hours of deep concern whether our boy would live, he'd just taken a sudden and positive turn and appeared to be on the road to recovery. Since then, I've never doubted that prayers are answered (although not always in the way I hoped). It was the scariest moment I can think of ... but one that was rich in building my faith.

Have you ever faced a problem that had a rewarding conclusion?

Many. Most recently was that I wanted my current job, but I had to network through two managers and almost three years to get it. So far so good. :)


What makes you feel most alive?

Being with my wife especially at church.

Where's your favorite place to relax and unwind?

Sitting in a comfy chair while sipping some delish Starbucks and talking about whatever to my Joe.
