Good Grief! i was perusing through this thread and realized that i never formally introduced myself, even though i have been posting for a while. I just hopped right in and started playing. ( Lmao! mental picture of Pixies as a merry-go-round and Lizz giving a running push to hop on!)

I am a 28 year old single Mom. 8yr old son and 4yr old daughter. I am a Junior in college. I am Majoring in Secondary Education/ Biology. So when i grow up i wanna be a biology teacher.
My favorite color is green, and i love lizards and dragons. (I recently had a pet leopard gecko named Geek, but he passed away, so in true science Nerd fashion, i donated his body to science and he is now a forever a learning tool. A bit twisted of me, I know)
my nickname comes from my younger brother making fun of me back when we were young kids, and it stuck throughout the years, with a few spelling changes here and there.
I love the movie "the Crow" and i went so far as to have a tattoo put on my back
I am a bit of an artist and i love to draw and sculpt and paint
I am a music lover, and will listen to almost anything once, although i have my definite favorite bands, and i have gone so far as to name my son's middle name after (Michael) Trent Reznor's middle name. I love going to concerts.
I make friends easily, but i hold my close friends very close, so much so they become part of my family.
I am in LOVE!!! My heart belongs to a great Pixie man and I am so happy that i was pointed in the right direction to Pixies so that we could meet! I Love you Mayhem!!!

Well, after a couple of months in the big sand box, I'm back and damn happy about it! It's amazing what no booze and no women will do to a guy. It's no fun. I missed all of you georgous women from Pixie's Place, and it's great to be back. Anyway, I missed you guys and can't wait to play a little catchup! Hope to hear from you soon!

am a sophmore in college at PSU (any cracks about the crappy few football seasons and you'll be sorry!!! :nuts: ) majoring in Psychology-Biological and Evolutionary Sciences option with a minor in Anthropology (Biological Anth) and have no freakin idea what to do with my life after school
I am fluent in Spanish (havent practiced in a while so a little rusty!), lived in Peru for a year between high school and college

My name is Jamie Lynn, just Jamie to most people.

I am a student, though I plan on taking a year off after this semester. I'm a typical "girly" girl, nails always long and hair always fixed, clothes always match...I tend to obsess over stuff like that.

I'm also a certifiable neat freak at times. I cant stand the thought of germs.
I am deathly afraid of bugs (of ANY kind). Especially centipedes, when they get into my house I cant even kill them, I end up crying standing in a chair... thank goodness for the neighbors :D LOL

I am a writer, I'd love to be able to making a living doing that someday. That's always been my big dream. I have been published numerous times but so far haven't motivated myself to write a novel.

My favorite colors are pink and green.

I have brown hair and green eyes, very pale skin with some freckles.

I usually prefer men OLDER than me rather than those close to my own age. I think a man in his thirties or forties is in his prime and much better--sort of like wine; it gets better with age. I haven't dated anyone my own age since high school. I do not identify with people at my age.

I have SAD, Seasonal Affective Disorder, and although it usually flares up around October, winter/spring is usually the worst for me. It's not so bad anymore, but there have been entire years that were miserable because of it. It basically, when not treated, makes me want to stay at home in bed and eat bad stuff with lots of carbs. Not fun!!

I have been told (by more than 1 person lol) that I ramble on. I just like to talk once I get to know a person.

I bought four pounds of hamburger; two packages of single slice cheese; two big bags of potato chips; a case of Coke; some ketchup, onions and pickles; a bag of french fries; a warm blanket; a good book to read; three new computer games I can play in other windows; slippers to keep my feet warm; a case of Fosters; several DVD's and CD's to keep the TV and stereo busy; a new lounge chair; a soft pillow for behind my head; two boxes of Kleenex (I wonder if that's enough); and a few other things to carry me through the first few pages.

I'm hoping I can have someone run out during intermission to pick up the rest. :)

(You know I'm just kidding ... don't you? :)

Anyway, I have the time. ;)
