The little squirt bottle ones? Yeah, but I don't have one. We have various squirt bottles placed around the house for dog disciplining. When it's really hot, I'll mist myself and then sit under the aforementioned ceiling fan.

No, these are 12" or 14" mains power fans with a water reservoir. They are basically an oversized version of the bottles.
