puking my guts out. no matter how careful i am, i always get sick when i have to clean up after vomiting children. with all three sick this time, the odds were not in my favor.

They put a dab of decongestant under their noses in "Silence of the Lambs".

that's good advice but it's not the smell that gets me, although i've dry heaved from that before, i just get the germs.

Me, I've been busy this morning with a meeting, breakfast with friends, and working on some reports I've got to get done.

working OT to make up time I'm going to lose tomorrow getting a bum tooth looked at...not fixed yet, just the initial xray and exam.

Well, a bit ago we got home from a birthday party for a great lady who just turned 90. She sure doesn't look 90 and just as sharp as a tack. Must have been a couple hundred at her party ... family and friends.

Pigeons doing it doggy style. Fancy that.

DB, these exceptional people give us all hope for a mentally and physically active old age.
