Salisbury Steak of the Genius!

1/2 lb of Hamburger Meat
1/2 Onion, sliced
1/2 cup of mushrooms, sliced
Mushroom Gravy Mix
dash of Oregano
dash of Thyme
2 pt. Guiness
1 slice of provolone cheese

-Sautee your onions and mushrooms.
-Mix in some Oregano and Thyme in with your hamburger and form a patty.
-Now Braise that in some Guiness.
-Finish off that pint young man (or lady)! If you don't finish your pint you won't get no dessert!
-When the meat is done to your liking, melt the cheese on the hamburger meat.
-Make your gravy.

And for dessert drink the other pint of Guiness!

Also, while eating this it is customary to tell everyone in your guild, your friends in AIM, and even call up your mother and tell them how much of a genius you are.

I had good solid Toronto street meat last night.... (hot dogs from a vendor outside the baseball game) - tonight? no idea.

That was me yesterday but I had roast chicken, mashed potatoes and veggies instead. I have to walk by a McDonald's fan/vent/something like that almost every day and it's tough for the willpower.

Hamb. pepper steak covered in a mushroom gravy and mashed taters.

Roladin, boiled potatoes, and carrots.

Catfish, veggies, and maybe some corn on the cob

Leftover meatloaf cause Boog got to go to a BBQ while I was at work. :(

tonight - lasagna

I had a Personal Pan Pizza (sausage), some breadsticks and a beer at the Dallas-Ft. Worth airport.

I finally get to cook my own dinner after three weeks. I've got some potatoes, carrots and onions out on the grill right now and a big slab of sirloin will be meeting the flames in just a little bit.

Crap, I just realized I forgot to buy any sweet corn. :(

Roasted veggies and scrambled eggs. I was going to make hamburger patties but someone, who shall remain nameless, forgot to put hamburger on his grocery list. :rolleyes:

Don't know about supper tonight but for breakfast/lunch right now I'm having shaved pork sand's and Shrek iced animal cookies.

I am going to grill some pork burgers.

Nothing like firing up the charcoal grill at sunset. :)
