Cleaning, sorting and trying not to let PMS get the better of me.

I've been down in the furnace room section of my basement trying to get it cleaned, organized.......... basically trying to transform it from a dungeon to ..... well, not sure what I'm wanting to transform it into but losing a bunch of the clutter, cobwebs and dust would be a nice start. :sad:

Just got done cleaning the kitchen. Did the full Monty in there pulled everything off the counters and wiped them down good moved the little cart I have out and pulled the stove out clean the side of the stove and the side of the counter where it sat and did a full sweep and mop job. Now I'm just waiting for the floor to dry so I can put every thing back.








Oh I also did the dishes too.

I went shopping! I bought some clay flower pots and some potting soil, a few fruits & veggies and some laundry soap.

Then I had a nice chat with the old lady sitting in front of me on the bus about whether women have it easier today or not. The conversation started with her pointing at my ginormous jug of laundry soap and saying "I guess you know what you'll be doing in your spare time!"

I was sent to the Vieux Montréal by my director! Gotta love having an excuse not to stay indoors studying all day! :D

Running nekkid through the streets of my little town exclaiming, "I'm out of butter! I'm out of butter!" :p

Gosh... and here I was thinking I had had a good afternoon...

puting the brats to bed, reading and talking to hubby on the phone. my single mother of three status ends tomorrow evening. wOot!

Hey ... me, too! Went to a nearby Fish and Wildlife area and did some walking there. In fact, the old barn in my current AV was taken as I was leaving the area after my walk.

Until a bit ago ... sleeping.

Well, I went out to dinner and then I went to bed early. I'm feeling a bit under the weather, but I am already more productive today that I was yesterday.

A couple of the guys I study with in my department came into my lab after lunch and they announced they were off to have a beer on a terrasse. So I went along and drank beer :D and got stung by a wasp :(

with the boy at his hearing test, which his pediatricians kept bugging me and bugging me and bugging me to get so i finally said fine, i have no worries about his hearing but we'll get the farging test.

his hearing is perfectly normal.

why is it that so many doctors never listen? perhaps they need hearing tests. :p

Just got back from a quickie date in my basement with the Shop Vac. Apparently the ground has absorbed all of the rain it wants to for the day and decided my basement would be a good dropping off point. :mad:

Can I have one of those beers too osuche? Maybe two or three? ;)

The office and living room got the overdue cleaning. EVERYTHING! From the ceilings to the floors got it. The moldings, tops of the picture frames, book cases, under the couch and chairs......... Everything.
