Haddock sandwich and fries

Homemade pizza

I had a club sandwich on baguette with a caesar salad. For dessert, I had torrone gelato.

Steak and potatos

fresh green beans with new potatos and ham

We had a baked chicken with Stovetop stuffing & a salad.

It's a toss-up between veggie burgers or seafood ramen. Both would be homemade, but the burgers are the lesser bother of the two in procuring the grocery for and in preparing it.

I grilled a sirloin tip steak and had green beans, garlic bread and a big glass of milk.

Can't believe how damn much milk costs now, btw. :faint:

Hard to believe milk costs more then a gallon of gas............and eggs, ours at the store jumped 50 cents this month. I'm about ready to go rob eggs from Boog's cousin.

I had bacon-wrapped scallops, chicken wings, bruschetta, stuffed mushroom caps and potato skins for an appetizer, and a swiss cheese mushroom burger with fries for my entree. Along with a lot of Keith's on draft :D Oh and a cherry danish just now for dessert.

WOW, sounds like a lot of food.

The last night of the dig... *sniffle*

Means that tomorrow will be insane...

I am still up cataloging photos right now... (No, not those photos :p)

I need a lot of food to get me through tomorrow :D

I'm not really sure what I'll make. I bought a bunch of steak and fresh brats today but for some reason I'm craving pizza. :shrug:

Decided to go with the brats. The peppers and onions sweating down in the olive oil as I type. :p

Fried potatoes, pork chops and good old Iowa corn. :)

Homemade bacon bleu cheese hamburgers and fries (fries were made in the oven in a foil packet and seasoned with chopped onion and some seasoned salt).

Spaghetti Marinara, caesar salad, italian bread, red wine.

*YUM*

In about a half hour I will be picking up a large Taco Pizza. :slurp:

vanilla ice cream with m and ms added

pork tenderloin, asparagus and some roasted peppers with lots of garlic and pepper

Chicken BBQ with all the fixin's

I think I may make tacos.

Ham steak

I had lasagna and garlic bread.

Tonight we have friends coming over for what we call "flower pot cooking", basically dry frying small pieces of meat and chicken over a charcoal burner on a cast iron plate.

Sort of a dry fondue, you cook as you eat, it's always hot and cooked to how you want it.

Dipped in sauce once cooked.

Petite steak, American fries and fresh green beans.

Chinese food

I think I may just grill some burgers.
