I don't know yet about tonight, but last night I made an incredible onion tart with peppers and broccoli.

I made a pork roast in the Crock Pot and threw in some baby carrots, onion and potatoes.

I'm very full from lunch so I can't imagine wanting anything substantial for supper. It'll probably be a free for all supper night. Grilled cheese for one, scrambled eggs for another, chicken noodle soup for the third...and I'll make a pot pie for Mrs. WI. :D

Probably just have leftover pork roast from last night.

I just had a strawberry yogurt with some chopped walnuts.

I am having a big sandwich made with leftover steak from last night, sauteed peppers and onions along with cream of mushroom soup.

Can't wait for Thanksgiving, so...

roasted turkey breast, au gratin potatoes, green beans, apple and walnut stuffing, and some peach cobbler.

Probably tunafish sandwiches on toasted buns. I would do noodles, but I have to use the rest of my buns before their expiration date and bread is notoriously tricky sometimes.
