In my case Its more often than not b/c I'm in the hospital, I've been known as accident prone, as well as having a run of bad luck thats been , oh, 8 or 9 years long.

I would like to think it's 60f (14c) out there, but I really don't like it after it gets below 0f (-18c).:mad:

About as cold as the welcome sign in Cleveland..LOL..
What do you do to enjoy the winter weather?

I love watching the snow fall, and the thrill in my children's faces when they go out to play in it.

Are you allergic to anything?

I have very bad seasonal allergies. Spring is usually worse than fall. Fluonase and Allegra make life bearable for me.

When's the last time you were physically injured?

Monday. A paper cut. (Those things sure sting sometimes.) :(

How do you feel about birthdays?

I've never much enjoyed mine, coming right after Christmas and sharing it with my dad, and it's only gotten worse as I've gotten older. I very much prefer *other* people's birthdays, because I'm a giver, and I like buying presents for other people.

What type of music do you prefer, and who are some of your favorite artists?

Really, almost anything but rap and really hard rock. I love music from the 50's to 70's and artists like The Platters, The Everly Brothers, Abba, and Johnny Mathis. Also like Martina McBride, Conway Twitty, Loretta Lynn and others singing country. Dave Brubeck, Sydney Bechet, and Miles Davis in Jazz. I could keep going, but that's probably enough for now.

What's your favorite type of movie?

Has to be a romantic comedy...I am a sucker for those. "Sleepless in Seattle," "While You Were Sleeping," "Princess Bride," you name it.

Do you prefer to go to movies at the theater or rent them?

the theater. You get that great sound, huge picture and sticky seats!


What are most wanting for Valentine's day this year?

He knows already. I'm not sure I'll get it that soon, but I'm always hopeful. Maybe by Easter. :)

Yes, I was the kind of student everyone else hated... accused of being teacher's pet and so forth :)

Bacon and eggs over easy with English muffins lightly toasted. a couple of pancakes on the side with lots of butter and maple syrup. A glass of V-8 juice and hot cup of coffee.

What are your plans for Valentine's Day?

I'm not sure at this point. I will have to see what time brings.

Night light in our bathroom gives off minimal lighting.

None of the above, unless I'm doing other bedroom activities besides sleeping, then I usually have a special CD on.

Would you rather wash or dry the dishes?

I don't mind doing both. In fact, I kind of enjoy it sometimes. Now, the laundry is a different subject.

Nope. Last year I waited until the last minute.

Well it all started as stuff we found on the shelves at the store and proceeded to the point of being outer coverings for naked bodies. Then following periods of perspiration and use, soil marks started to form on the fabric until, at last ... the garments were removed and placed in this big pile, only to be loaded into baskets and carried to our basement where this white machine sat with it's mouth open. We throw the stuff into the open mouth along with some white powder that some say smells like the fresh air in April, but I think smells like soap. Anyway, the mouth closes and after poking some buttons, the whole thing starts to shake and shiver and I hear water rushing in. (It may be going to the bathroom.) That's when I leave the room.

Later, when everything gets quiet, I come back and pry open the mouth where I find all that stuff sitting there wet.
