I think I may skip dinner. Just checked out the damages of my lunch at Hardees and found out that I consumed 2100 calories and 126 g. of fat. :yikes:

I'm still hungry though. :(

Neige 11-04-2007 06:27 PM

I made macaroni with scallops, asparagus and roasted red peppers in Alfredo sauce.

Irezumi Kiss 11-04-2007 06:48 PM

I made about two servings of spaghetti with marinara earlier this morning that I used for my lunch...and the remaining serving is sitting in my rice cooker, warming and waiting for me to return from work. I'm thinking about getting something on the side, though.

Leftovers : chicken in the sauce Lil posted the recipe to in Advice over rice noodles with veggies.

Irezumi Kiss 11-11-2007 08:58 PM

An almost bowl's worth of extra pasta and shredded chicken in marinara I made for take-to-work lunch that I didn't want to stuff into my carry tin.

I will probably munch on organic corn nachos also. Pasta is filling, the carbs will power my running and I'm disiciplining myself not to eat more than I need to, even if it's tasty enough to coax a second helping.

rtctfield 11-12-2007 03:57 PM

Wife's birthday is today, so we're going to her favorite restaurant- Cheesecake Factory.

Irezumi Kiss 11-12-2007 10:33 PM
