dicksbro 10-17-2017 01:18 AM

True, but it does sound like fun. :)

T or F: You enjoy hiking in the woods with your SO/Spouse,

jseal 10-21-2017 05:20 AM

False. She Who Must Be Obeyed prefers to read about hiking in the woods.

True or False: You have many video tapes.

dicksbro 10-22-2017 05:04 AM

False. Used to ... but they're mainly gone ... replaced by DVDs and BLU RAYs.

T or F: Sex hardly ever enters your mind.

jseal 11-05-2017 11:34 AM

True! Sex usually involves other parts of me.

True or False: The Fall weather has been drier in your area than it usually is.

gekkogecko 11-05-2017 12:26 PM

True.

T or F: The rum in your house is always gone.

dicksbro 11-06-2017 03:14 AM

False. I still have some.

T or F: A penny saved is a penny earned. :)

PantyFanatic 11-08-2017 01:26 PM

True. But the sad part is it isn't worth :2cents:

T or F? The early bird gets the worm. But do you really want worms?

dicksbro 11-09-2017 04:07 AM

The first half is probably true ... the question's answer is, for me, no. :D

T or F: You'd cross dress for a party if the prize was high enough.

jseal 11-10-2017 11:05 AM

True!

True or False: You had off from work today.

gekkogecko 11-10-2017 12:25 PM

True, but it has nothing to do with tomorrow's holiday.

T or F: You enjoy late-night comedy/talk shows.

jseal 11-28-2017 06:38 AM

False

True or False: Your SO collects figurines.

gekkogecko 11-28-2017 11:22 AM

True, in certain limited types.

T or F: An unexpected situation resulted in unexpected house guests.

dicksbro 11-29-2017 03:47 AM

True if I can count the brief visit by the delivery men who brought us our new refrigerator after our old one went unexpectedly bad.

T or F: Playing smut games are a regular part of your day.

jseal 12-16-2017 02:47 PM

True.

You are a Science buff.

dicksbro 12-17-2017 05:50 AM

I am ... but in a more casual form. I don't get into the details as much as I do trying to understand what's being learned or developed based on scientific research. Astronomy is maybe my favorite area of casual interest.

T or F: You're expecting a lot of guests over the Christmas holidays.

gekkogecko 12-17-2017 12:05 PM

False. The mammal I married broke her foot, and the house is completely discombobulated.

T or F: You're tired of canned, endlessly-repeated Christmas Carols in the stores.

dicksbro 12-18-2017 02:10 AM

In some cases yes, although there are a number of cute or well done cards that aren't too bad.

T or F: The worst part of Christmas is that they almost start wanting you to buy for the next one before the current on even gets here. :(

PantyFanatic 12-19-2017 01:15 AM

So very true. I've been able to maintain my 'done by Thanksgiving' Christmas shopping for quite a few years now and that is the primary reason.

T or F: You do enjoy the visits with friends and the special time with just family more than any part of the season.

dicksbro 12-19-2017 02:11 AM

T although I put Thanksgiving on an equal footing for family and friend visits. I like Thanksgiving because it's not so commercial. It's simply a time to think about friends and family and rejoice in the blessings we have. Christmas would come close without the mad rush to buy things we don't need and probably shouldn't waste our money on. Oh well ... Merry Christmas everyone! :xmas:

T or F: You're planning on getting together with family over the holidays?

gekkogecko 01-02-2018 05:33 AM

True, in sme sence. In-laws stopped by.

T or F: You have experienced extended cold weather in your locale.

jseal 01-02-2018 10:06 AM

True; I share your pain.

You enjoy thoughtful discourse.

dicksbro 01-03-2018 03:55 AM

I do.

T or F: You enjoy going to the movies.

jseal 01-14-2018 04:35 PM

Yessir!

You enjoy traveling.

dicksbro 01-16-2018 02:43 AM

True although we didn't do a great deal this past year.

T or F: You're hoping for a really big snowfall.

gekkogecko 01-16-2018 05:28 AM

False, I have things I need to do tomorrow.

T or F: Your household has run out of bananas.

dicksbro 01-17-2018 12:37 AM

True. I hadn't thought about it, but, we are out. Have to remedy that situation next time we head to the store.

T or F: You've used a lot of salt this year on your driveway, sidewalks or steps because of snow or ice.

gekkogecko 01-17-2018 11:50 AM

False, I've only had to do one application.

T or F: You're impatient for the New Year of the Dog to begin (16 February this time around).

dicksbro 01-18-2018 02:17 AM

Woof! :slurp:

I think that's true.

T of F: You have or are planning on seeing "The Greatest Showman" at the movies.

jseal 01-21-2018 01:54 PM

False

True or False: You are directly affected by the Federal Government shutdown.

dicksbro 01-22-2018 02:26 AM

False except to the extent that we're all at increased risk by suspending projects related to our national security and to our military and first responder folks and a lot of federal workers. I can't really see the pressing need for this radical refusal to fund American interests; especially since the concerns that prompted it have until March to get addressed. :( Seems like risky politics at a time we don't need them.

jseal 02-03-2018 02:36 PM

True or False: you're still finding remnants (tinsel, needles, etc.) of Christmas.

dicksbro 02-04-2018 02:19 AM

False ... I think were finally finished with that! :)

jseal 02-12-2018 05:41 AM

True or False: You've had to take your pet to the vet recently.

dicksbro 02-13-2018 03:36 AM

False. Our cat passed away a few years ago (buried in our back yard) and we haven't replaced him. Still remember our cats with great fondness just haven't had quite the desire to have another just yet anyway.

T or F: You can already feel the first signs of spring (or fall for our friends in OZ). :)

gekkogecko 02-13-2018 05:24 AM

False. Weather is typically highly variable, and fortunately, the lawn doesn't need mowing yet.

T or F: You have been keeping up with the Google Doodles for the Olympics.

dicksbro 02-15-2018 01:08 AM

False. Haven't really followed the Olympics this time around other than looking at the "medal count" when I log onto the internet. Not sure why ... usually I love watching Downhill Skiing; Figure Skating; and the Toboggans at the winter games.

jseal 02-17-2018 06:39 AM

True or False: You have a television in your living room.

dicksbro 02-18-2018 03:29 AM

True. Didn't for years but do now.

T or F: In the winter you carry a blanket and other emergency "stuff" in your car (especially on trips)?

gekkogecko 02-18-2018 12:47 PM

False: I don't have a car.

T or F: You also had to deal with snow & slush falling overnight last night.

dicksbro 02-19-2018 03:53 AM

Not last night *I actually haven't looked, but none was predicted), but, Saturday we had about 2" plus or minus. This was a heavy wet snow and not any fun to shovel. Fortunately, yesterday was warm enough most of it melted away except for the piles and snow caught in the shadows.

T or F: You car needs to get washed.
