did I mention I adore Bo?

Bo sure kicked some serious ass tonight!! I'm sure he won't be going anywhere in the foreseeable future. I think it's going to come down to either Anthony or Vonzelle going home this week.

I agree... I think it'll be Anthony going home this week. But I've been wrong before, so who knows.

I still say it'll come down to Bo and Carrie, and I predict Bo will be the winner.

I have to agree with you, FL. I really don't see how Bo can lose with the competition he has left. He's got the talent, and even more, he's got stage presence. He's definitely going to go places!

I completely agree. I think Carrie is adorable and a fabulous singer, but I just don't see the same kind of engaging personality and warmth coming from her that I see from Bo.

Besides, I love Bo's voice. I will definitely buy his CDs

Anthony...why is he still there?

I prefer Vonzelle to Carrie. Carrie can sing and does well within her style.Vonzelle sings everything well, her voice is fabulous. I think she is being under-rated.

Scott...did so well with the first song but he is consistently off key :(

Bo...love him...wanna be in a Bo and Aqua hairy man sammich but I fear he will get kicked off early because this is not a true "talent" contest. It's really about who can pimp and hustle the most peeps to call.

Babes... you know if he's famous (which I guess he already is) that he's not gonna risk losing it all by tangling up with the likes of us.

Vonzelle is adorable, I have no doubts she'll have a wonderful career. I really like the way she interacts with the audience, too.

That's my point about Carrie- from where I sit, she doesn't interact with the audience. In that way, she reminds me of LaToya from last year... huge talent, but a bit aloof (maybe she's shy, but it comes off as aloof to me).

I'll be surprised if Carrie and Bo aren't the final two... but I pick Bo... he's got a fabulous voice, and a terrific personality. I would love to see him win... but either way, I know he too will have a successful career.

The show just ended here... I think the right person went home this week. But it's hard to see any of them go, just the same.

soooo tell me... I missed it... I didn't see it on Tuesday night or last week either so I don't have a feel for who has been doing well or not.

I thought it should have been Anthony.

Anthony will go next. I thought it could have been either one of them... but the way things have been going, I feared it might have been Vonzell leaving.

Maddy, it was Scott who left last night. I'm glad that he sang well, and went out on a good note (pardon the pun)

I thought Anthony deserved to go this week too, but that would have been rough sending him home on his birthday.

I think he or Vonzelle will be the next to go. I like Vonzell, but if she doesn't choose the right song, I think she's vulnerable..

I'm sorry Sharni. I don't think anyone has intentionally spoiled it for you. But waiting till two days later to post anything about the show is difficult if now downright unrealistic. It's hard enough to keep quiet until after the West coast sees the show, much less another day or two.

As far as us typing it in white........wouldn't it be just as easy to ignore the thread until after is shows in Oz?

Just out of curiousity ... when aired internationally, is it the same week as ours in the US? I'm not sure if that makes sense, but I feel like someone else I talk to from OZ made it seem that they were a couple of weeks behind in viewing (at the most two weeks).

Did anyone else watch it tonight? In my opinion they each had one good performance and one not-so-good performance. I think it's gonna be a real toss up as to who gets the least votes tonight.

I've about come to the point where I don't want anyone to leave. I'm not a fan of Anthony's by a long shot... but I do like the boy's voice. I think Carrie can usually outsing Vonzell, but I think Vonzell is absolutely adorable and a joy to watch perform. Bo... I love his voice and the boy is hot, whew!

I mostly agree...they all had one performance that was good and one that wasn't. Bo is the marginal exception. His country song was sort of Mr. Roger-ish but I still liked it.

I agree, Flutelady.............As much as I love Bo, I think his first song was his weakest. He should have chosen something more upbeat than Travis Tritt's "It's a Great Day to Be Alive." He's at his best when he does the more uptempo stuff. Carrie did well, but as the judges said, the band and their arrangement of her second song was the weak point.

Yup. I thought both Bo and Vonzell sounded fabulous on their second songs. I liked Bo's trim, too. I had to laugh at my daughter saying that Vonzell's dad looked like a pimp... lol

I live in Canada and there are shows that are discussed here that I watch but my viewing is a season behind. In fact Daniel Jackson returned long before I ever saw him on Stargate. I learned about it here in a thread. I just avoid any info I don't want to know about.

I don't think there's a simple solution...........so I'll just keep my opinions to myself on the program from now on. It's almost over anyway.....and it won't matter anymore.

Sharni, what you propose is censure to appease one instead of a group. I would just avoid the thread if I didn't want to know about something....seems I've gotten that advice myself in the past.
