I'm making garlic encrusted porkloin, fresh asparagus and home grown tomato salad, roasted balsamic glazed summer squash, and ice cold spanish red wine

oh and I'm making a strawberry filled angel food cake for dessert. I'm feeling so freakin' domestic.

Yesterday...I fixed the family:
* Seared scallops with crusted parmesan cheese
* Home made mushroom and ricotta ravioli
* Mushroom sauce reduction made of wine, chicken stock, garlic, and goat cheese
* Asparagus with caramelized brown sugar/balsamic vinegar sauce
* Rosemary garlic bread

All designed so cunningly on the plate that Mr Osuche saw the need to take pictures!

We are going to try out a little Asian place near my house or I'm going for those damn jalapenos
