Dinner? Still deciding on breakfast (at 9.30am).

Neige 01-26-2008 06:57 PM

sodaklostsoul 01-26-2008 09:28 PM

Neige 01-27-2008 08:43 PM

Veal liver, onions, bacon and red peppers.

Neige 02-10-2008 12:51 AM

I made ras-el-hanout rubbed chicken with homemade coleslaw! It was delicious!!!

Lilith 02-10-2008 08:53 AM

osuche 02-10-2008 10:47 AM

I made chicken breast dredged in paprika and flour and fried in a little EVOO and fresh garlic, asparagus with a mustard-honey sauce, and mushroom risotto last night.

Tonight I plan on having hot dogs

Lilith 02-10-2008 11:36 AM

I have a lemon garlic pork loin in the crock pot. I'm oven roasting root veggies and making a ginormous salad.

Cheyanne 02-10-2008 12:56 PM

Crock potting here too! Beef roast in onion/garlic sauce, will add sliced mushrooms about 1/2 hour prior to completion and parsley roasted new potatoes & carrots from the oven with crusty homemade rolls.. :D I am soooooo hungry!

IowaMan 02-13-2008 07:42 PM

Potato soup

Neige 02-13-2008 07:44 PM

I'm not very hungry, but if I get hungry enough later on I have leftovers from last night: lemon garlic chicken and roasted veggies.

maddy 02-13-2008 10:20 PM

strawberry, pineapple, mango smoothie.

I'm really considering one of those go to assemble, take home and freeze, easy cook meal places.

dicksbro 02-13-2008 10:24 PM

Chinese tonight ... brown rice smothered in stir-fry veggies with beef chunks in it. Very, very good. :)

fzzy 02-13-2008 10:49 PM

I'm trying a Lean Cuisine entree that I've not had before, but it seems pretty basic .... Chicken and noolde primavera in a creamy garlic sauce, of course I add another couple of cups of steamed veggies (edamamy, carrots, califlower, broccolli, snap peas and mushrooms) and a small baked potato ... It smells good!

osuche 02-14-2008 02:24 AM

I had dim sum with friends!

scotzoidman 02-14-2008 03:05 AM

I had sum din with the family...

Sorry, couldn't resist the bad pun...actually I made french toast tonight.

Oldfart 02-14-2008 08:22 AM

20 gallons of maple syrup and cinnamon?

How was it? I do LC's everyday for lunch with a small salad. I like the chicken one with the creamed spinach.

Neige 02-14-2008 05:36 PM

I'll probably have the leftovers I didn't eat last night!

Neige 02-19-2008 08:09 PM

I had stew made by the sexiest chef in Montreal! :D And for dessert, I am having my last lemon posset cup... I'm definitely going to need to make more someday, it's sooooooo good. Maybe I could try with a bit of orange juice mixed in with the lemon...

wyndhy 02-22-2008 05:12 PM

a couple iron skillet-seared delmonicos and some plantain fries.

Lilith 02-22-2008 07:42 PM

margaritas :D

Neige 02-26-2008 03:12 PM

Tonight I am making supper for my girls! I am making them the Ras el hanout rubbed chicken I had made a couple weeks ago with roasted veggies, and I've made lemon posset (which I will garnish with pretty lemon slices) for dessert!

Pork chops, noodles, and salad.

osuche 02-27-2008 01:08 AM

Battered catfish with mustard cream sauce, sauteed spinach with jalapeno and tomato and onion and balsamic vinegar, and boiled redskin potatoes with butter and fresh dill

rabbit 02-27-2008 09:31 PM

Leftovers...turkey pot pie. Was even better this time.

Neige 02-27-2008 11:27 PM

I had some pan-fried haddock!

PantyFanatic 02-27-2008 11:48 PM

Tonight I made small chunks of thin slices tenderloin steak in a mild cheddar sauce, wrapper in a stone ground whole wheat toasted crust. :bite:

Hot Pockets- steak & cheddar :D

IowaMan 02-28-2008 05:38 PM

You know which ones are really good PF? The Philly Steak & Cheese ones with a bit of A1 sauce on them. :slurp:

Lilith 02-28-2008 08:59 PM

I'm headed to a tapas place called Cha Cha Cha in the City tonight...going with old friends. :)

IowaMan 03-04-2008 10:27 PM

I made a lasagna. Didn't turn out as well as I'd have liked but it wasn't too bad. I had two leftover cinnamon rolls from breakfast for dessert. :p

wyndhy 03-06-2008 03:18 PM

osuche 03-06-2008 03:37 PM
