A big bowl of pasta...and then some ice cream after that.

wonton soup i think. i've got leeks instead of scallions, but i like those better anyway. it really all depends on whether the ground pork defrosts in time.

or if the baby decides that she's gonna be little miss hold me mommy when i wanna cook dinner (which happens a lot:p)

s'ok, though. the bigger kids love cereal for dinner.:p

Most likely turkey or chicken burgers. I have to finish up my organic wheat buns before they go bad and it's a day past the sell-by date. Organic stuff does NOT wait to go bad, let me tell you!

I just had a turkey sandwich

petite sirloin grilled to perfection, whole grain mac & cheese out of the blue box and some steamed green beans with almonds. I really thought about uncorking a bottle of wine to have too, but settled for water.

I am having corn casserole which Swamp Thing herself is cooking for us. I will of course closely supervise so I can actually eat tonight. :nod:

I've got a pork loin roast cooking in the "set it and forget it" rotisserie and a huge sweet potato baking in the oven so it looks like I'll be having pork roast and sweet potatoes for dinner. :p

I'm about to take the kid and meet up with two of my dearest girl friends for dinner at Rafferty's. I plan to have the chicken finger salad with the warm honey mustard bacon dressing and a large unsweetened iced tea.

Last night we had a tossed salad, pork chops with a cherry glaze (very good), some cooked carrots, and a kind of au gratin potato. Dessert was sherbert with sugar cookies or unsweetened ice cream with sugar free wafers. Good dinner.

Nothing sounded good so I skipped dinner and am having a couple of beers before I go to bed instead.

I don't know ... she hasn't told me. :(
