There's not too many things I can do with a pound of bacon. ha ha

Grilled sea scallops, grilled portobello marinated in peanut sauce and soy, and corn on the cob (also grilled)

Last night was roast beef, mashed potatoes, and green beans with some vanilla pudding for dessert. Tonight ... heck, I don't have a clue right now. :confused:

I had a grilled cheese sandwich and sliced cukes & tomatoes from the garden

cheeseburgers, hot off the broiler...

It ended up being BBQ pork (my God I love BBQ pork), deviled eggs, mac salad, etc. Yum!
