Dearsweet and I just attended a Winetasting Fundraiser to help the Friends of Patterson Park. They’ve just spruced up the Pagoda, and helped clean out Boat Lake. It was a beautiful afternoon, the food was fresh and tasty, and the wines complimented the food well. I shouldn’t have driven home – but did! A delightful way to spend the early evening.

I have been ravaging some fresh marinated moz, olives, tomatoes from the garden, chewy crusted bread and this cheap sweet red all weekend. I did a search on your wine. Sounds tasty. I bought cherries yesterday to accompany some riesling. Ahhhhhhh summer.

As I recall that particular open mic, I would just say the wheels came off the whole performance. it was not one of my finer ones. But I've redeemed myself since. :)

Watching my daughter graduate!

Had a graduation party for our grandson yesterday. Had a great time. Almost a family reunion with everyone there. Held it at a marina/campgrounds by the Illinois river. :thumbs:
