Spaghetti with meat, onions and green pepper Sauce
Well, I was supposed to make tacos but since I forgot to have Joe buy the meat and lettuce that I sort of needed for the tacos, we had baked honey mustard chicken and steamed broccoli. Not exactly what I wanted, but pretty darn tasty.
I made myself a tuna salad and tomato wrap. It was very good. Nothing fancy, Wilderness is gone camping so I was only preparing supper for one.
Got my tacos tonight and they were delish!!

I had hot dogs and beans. Pray for my coworkers tomarrow.

I'm gonna try to create some sort of apricot pork pot pie type of thing...
First, find your apricot pig.
Tonight we're eating with Wilderness's dad. I am going to make a venison lasagna!
I love venison.
I've never had it in lasagna, but it's the ground meat I have the most of in my freezer right now, so that's what's going in it!
I'm making BBQ chicken, rice, roasted cauliflower and a salad.
Tonight we had McDo. :o

I had fishsticks, mac and cheese, and peas and corn. Not exactly my favorite meal.

Tonight we are getting take-out Chinese food! Yum! :D

That^^^^ is my favorite meal. I'm trying my hand at gumbo. Hopefully it will be as good as it smells. |

The bread and cheese is going down well, but I found the gin and tonic first, so haven't got to the wine cupboard. |
tonite i will be grilling some pork chops with a garlic lemon sauce. Also doing at least for my dad some grilled tomatoes outta his garden with fresh basil and olive oil on them. Some baked potatoes and maybe some grilled corn. As for myself i am gonna fry some pork chops get a bag of chips and half a loaf of bread sit down and watch the simpson.
I'm not sure yet what we'll be having. We may be going to Wilderness's parents for a bbq but I don't know if that's tonight or tomorrow. If it's just tomorrow, I'll end up making pasta with pesto, probably with a salad on the side.

Probably 70 percent of Oz wines are sealed with Stelvin screw-caps. As they have a 10 year lifetime, they are not suitable for long-term cellaring. There is a lot of good 4 year old red wine here. Where we get buggered is when someone shows up with a cork and no corkscrew. |
When I buy Australian wines at the liquor store here, they're nearly always screw-capped, and not corked. Unfortunately, screw-cap wine here is usually cheap, average wine, and I know a lot of people who hesitate to buy bottles sealed that way.
It's the way of the future. I buy $35 to $40 wines for special occasions with stelvins.
I'm making beans in molasses for supper!
You should begin seeing a lot of ‘synthetic’ wine corks soon. Too bad cork trees don’t reproduce as fast as humans.
I don't buy much wine (my parents make their own, so I just get some from them!), but I have noticed that MASI uses synthetic corks.
