Tonight...the brats are getting chicken while Mrs. WI & I feast on some shrimp scampi over rice with steamed asparagus! MMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!

Shrimp Stir Fry

Well tonight I am making a roast chicken with vege. some gravy and black pepper sauce, with a nice fresh potato salad

I had brie over some baguette.

spicy thai chicken, white rice, hot & sour soup

cheesy, chicken, broccoli bake.

Helped get ready for a fish fry tomorrow evening and when we were done we had some BBQ pork, macaroni & cheese, pork & beans, and a bit of apple cobbler. Quite good, actually.

Minestrone soup with some pasta thrown in.
