Running (well, walking really) all over DC with mercifulangel, if some of you from a few years ago remember her. Most of the downtown gardens, zoo, different places to eat, that sort of thing.

Up in Phoenix, seeing Cirque du Soleil's Kooza. It was absolutely wonderful.

All over town, trying various ways to deal with this multi-day power outrage.

Currently in my wife's office, they have power. Need to get to a laundromat, though.

Spent the last 2 weeks touring N. rim of the Grand Canyon and N. New Mexico.

Been sitting around the house enjoying the piece and quiet. And playing at Pixies.

Taking a nap until just a little bit ago ... now, Pixies. :D

Washington D.C.! It was a pretty awesome weekend. :)

Sightseeing and tomfoolery was had. Got to see the space shuttle Discovery and to be honest, I teared up a bit. As a child I grew up thinking that being an astronaut would be the coolest thing in the world. Now I just admire the people and vehicles that go into space.

I was asleep ... then I woke up and posted for a while ... then, I laid back down for a while ... then I got back up and here I am posting again. Wow, it's been a busy morning ... I may have to take a nap later. :)
