My famous Tri-Tip Chili

Had a really nice late lunch/early dinner tonight. A grilled chicken breast smothered in a monterrey sauce w/mushrooms on angel hair. Grilled zucchini and squash.

I had spicy salmon sushi.

The eggplant stew is gone! Finished! :cheerlead I had some Amy's minestrone soup. I have discovered that dairy products and I do not mix. So, it looks like my next step from vegetarian to vegan is immediate. :)

Let's see I had venicen speedy's with home made potatoe salad, peas and carrots and for desert a piece of Mrs. Smith's apple pie

We went to Outback. I had a small sirloin, loaded baked potato, salad, and a nice glass of red wine.

I made spaghetti with mushroom sauce, turkey meatballs, and garlic bread. Even opened a bottle of red, red wine

I threw together a taco pizza (w/ground turkey instead of beef for a change), ate two pieces and found myself wanting a nap.

Trade ya. Just clear liquids for me until Tues. afternoon sometime. :(

Kibbles and Bits with a dash of meaty fare on the side.

I had garlic fingers with donair sauce.

Actually had to think about it.:rolleyes2 That was 4 hours ago. lol

Couple of pastrami on Kaiser buns with peperjack cheese and horseradish sauce, chips, fruit-cup and coffee.


(it's just 'cook, cook, cook', everyday :hair: )
