We had roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy and some corn last night. It was great. :)

Not sure about tonight, yet.

I'm going to throw together a big ole pot of chicken and dumplings.

Baked fish, garlic fries, and salad

I had fake sushi from the student cafe. (It was crab sushi, made from fake crab.) But hey for 4$ it wasn't horrible :D

Home made tacos and some snack mix.

Couple of ground turkey burgers w/cheddar, a little red onion and BBQ sauce.

Last night was fresh fettucine with sundried tomatoes, fresh basil & chicken.

Last night it was roasted chicken, twice cooked potatoes with garlic & shallots, and cucumber slices with evoo & vinegar.

Tonight it's pollock filets with crabmeat stuffing, asparagus, wild rice, and some hollandaise sauce for whatever.

WHatever it is, will include lots of veggies.

I have salad, spinach, asparagus, snow peas, and mushrooms to go through before we leave tomorrow!

Tonight I'm making pizza for Lake and I.

Just finished off a huge plate of toasted ravioli w/marinara.

i had a drink.

it was a tough day. :p

Took some sirloin out of the freezer this morning and I'm not sure if I'm just going to cook it up and have a baked potato with it or if I'll do a stir fry.
