I'm going to have pork loin roast but I haven't decided just how to cook it yet. I'm leaning towards putting it in the "Set it and forget it" machine and letting it roast that way. From there some sort of potato dish and maybe some carrots or corn.

I went ahead and did the pork loin in the rotisserie and it turned out great. I accidentally made some really good mashed potatoes too. I was going to make them with garlic & cheese but didn't realize until I was ready to add the cheese that I didn't have what I needed. I did have a can of that Frito Lay mild cheddar dip so I used a little of it and a little less milk & sour cream than I normally would and it turned out really good.

Stouffer's Lasagna and garlic bread - only thing I had the bandwidth for. :(

I just realized that the cup of tea w/mint and the peanut butter toast must have been my dinner.

I'm thinking it's a good night for meatloaf & mashed potatoes.

Meatloaf and mashed potatoes does sound good.

I took out a few chicken hooters earlier to thaw and plan on wrapping them with bacon and roasting them. Not sure what else I'll make though. Probably some sort of cheesy potato dish. Maybe some green beans.

I dunno. Whatcha' makin' me?

Took the kid to Olive Garden for her birthday. I had the calamari :)

We had "English Muffin Pizzas." :) Those things are addictive.

I made spaghetti with roasted garlic tomato sauce (including fresh spinach, mushrooms, and chicken)

And some wine

Rissoles and mash.

For breakfast I'm having mini frosted wheats.........cause I won't have a break at work.
