LOL @ Lil and Wyndhy.....in England, English strawberries are the best (probably, because they are fresher) but they're very seasonal so there's only a few months of the year we can have them.

Like most fruit, imported strawberries don't taste as good, because they're picked when they're less ripe and then ripen in transit.

How can your strawberries be any fresher that the ones we grow in our gardens? They are seasonal in Canada too.....and oh so sweet and yummy.... lol
