i've made a fairly healthy stir fry of red, green and yellow peppers, onions, minute steak and black bean sauce, served with plain rice...

I went with an early dinner today. Made one of the T-bone steaks that I got the super discount on over the weekend and cooked it to a perfect med. rare. I also made some garlic mashed potatoes (went a bit crazy with the garlic) and some baby carrots. Right now I'm thinking that I may need to open up a bottle of wine for dessert for a real change of pace.

I'll fix some rockfish fillets cajun style, and baked squash stuffed with artichoke. Maybe some mashed potatoes

spagetti - if you can really call it that... it was spagetti pasta with cheese sauce and cut up chicken.
