What is your evening routine?

I get home about an hour before kleclere, which gives me time to go through the mail (if I haven't gotten it already), tidy up a bit around the house, decide what to cook for dinner, check my email, and play Internet Spades. On a quiet evening, we'll watch TV--me with my head in his lap, him running his fingers through my hair--until bedtime.

How long does it take you to get ready in the morning?

About 10-15 minutes. Quick shower, throw on the clothes, a bit of makup, and I am out the door. (fastest ever was 7 minutes for ALL of that).

You?

Ten minutes to shower, another ten to dress, and a few minutes to prepare coffee for the ride in.

That's for me though...getting the kids up, dressed, fed & on the bus is another story altogether!


Do you like peanut butter?

yes and I love snap dragons


Do you have a favorite place?

Yes, I do. Well, so far anyway. On a porch overlooking a harbor in Cape Cod. Watching sailboats go by as I sip coffee, read the local paper and listen to Christopher Cross sing "Sailing" on the radio.

And you?

Sitting on the rocky shore in Maine in the fall, with the beautiful trees behind me and the open sea ahead. Cup of coffee and a warm blanket to snuggle up in and I am one happy woman.

Favorite vacation spot?

Carribean island (yes I have some favorites), snorkeling or diving the coral reefs, sitting on the beach under an umbrella with a fresh drink, swimming naked at night in the pool under the moonlight.

Favorite type of car?

Too many to pick just one.

I loved my Gran Torino, but I also loved my full sized Bronco too. I like old Camaros too, but they suck for Home Depot trips! ha ha

Do you have an American flag at home?

No...I'm not sure where I'd put it. They kind of frown about attaching flag holders to the sides of apartment buildings. :)

Can you see the forest for the trees?

Nope. No forest here to see. The native trees anywhere else are called bushes.

Do you know what May gray is?

In the suburbs, near the edge of town... cows and sheep just a block or so away

In the burbs, but we have high buttons on the crosswalk signals for riders(horse).

May gray? Is that the color of the sky in May when the fog is in? NO clue...

What is May gray?

Morning sky color in Southern California unless you live in the LA basin (it's either brown or orange there). We call it a marine layer.
Also called June gloom in the following month.


What is your favorite time of year? Why?

Ah, so I was close.

My favorite time of year is Fall. I love the colors and the length of the shadows and the smells and football games (marching band season) and the clear blue sky and the crisp mornings with geese flying overhead... I could go on and on. Definitely Fall.

What is your favorite season and why?

It's summer. We get two months when you don't need a wet suit.
Fall doesn't really look any different.

What do you most appreciate from your lover?

As I sit on the beach, sipping wine and watching the stuff, I don't need a wetsuit either... lol

Patience and acceptance of me like I am... communication( #1), loving exploration, understanding that for me, one orgasm is NOT enough, did I mention communication? I'm very verbal... Please, if you love me, never forget to tell me so...


How about you?

The communication is most important, being loving and kind to one another, making the effort to understand what your partner needs and secondly, touching, caressing, cuddling, kissing. Did I mention I am very physical?

He constantly tells me I'm beautiful, inside and out, but I think it's my ability to love him so completely, among many other things, that makes me irresistible to him.

What one thing do you do that drives other people crazy?

Are you kidding me? Have you heard my voice? Can you say THE NANNY?? LOL.... aside from that, I guess it would be that I tend to drive like an old man.

Yes, unless I am driving my '64 Bug. (slow drivers here are the OLD people ~ gramps & grandma ;) )
