just hit the grocers and i can't decide what to cook.

steak fajitas or tilapia florentine with feta or mexican casserole or meatloaf or jamboree mulligan (an italian casserole) or split chicken breasts.

Fish sticks, stuffed mushrooms, and spinach salad

Seafood Salad, with Blue Cheese Dressing.

pancakes of course....with low sodium bacon!

Dinner doesn't feel like it's going to happen tonight. Just a couple of glasses of apple juice and a grapefruit for me.

I think I'm going to throw together some chicken and dumplings. Maybe a fresh spinach salad on the side. One thing's for sure, there will be no jello for dessert.

Pretty sure it's crab cakes w/hollandaise tonight.

I was going to make a meatloaf but I may be having second thoughts.

Hopefully my cousin is going to make it over and we are going to be able to head out to the Mason's Lodge for Fish dinner, but I will be having the clams.

mmmmmmm, mmmmmm, good!

OR he could decide not to come over tonight and I'm now working on dinner "plan B". Oh well
